I hope that this package makes it easier for you to teach or give presentations based on my book, Crystallography Made Crystal Clear, 3rd edition, Elsevier/Academic Press, 2006.

All materials in these files are copyright 2006 Academic Press and Gale Rhodes. Distribution of this artwork does not imply permission to republish or post images on the web, for which you must obtain permission from Elsevier/Academic Press.

Notes on Content

Each PowerPoint file contains all figures for one chapter. The file name includes the chapter number, and in each presentation, the slide number is the figure number (except for Chapter 1, which contains the cover image plus the lone figure from Chapter 1).

Mac users can open these files in Keynote and save them as Keynote files.

All figures are unmodified from their book form. You might want to split the more complex figures into more than one slide (use Photoshop, Canvas, GraphicConverter, etc).

Stereo pairs from the book are arranged for divergent viewing. If you want audiences to be able to view them in stereo, you should split the images and switch sides for convergent viewing. For notes on how to use and arrange stereo pairs, see http://www.usm.maine.edu/~rhodes/0Help/StereoView.html.

I hope you find this package useful.

Thanks for your interest in my book.

Cheers!

Gale Rhodes
